In 1988, God called the Rosmarino family from California to the Philippines. With a deep burden for the lost, they followed His leading to Bacolod on Negros Island, starting a feeding center for starving street children. Through prayer and perseverance, this mission expanded into Bible studies, children’s outreach, prison ministries, and ultimately a thriving church fellowship.
